Person-Centered Care Experience of Nursing Home Workers: A Qualitative Meta-Synthesis Study

Purpose: To systematically review the qualitative research related to person-centered care experience of nursing home workers, and synthesize results integrate understanding.Methods: Noblit Hare’s meta-ethnography method was applied. Seven databases were used search literature: PubMed, Web Science, EMBASE, CINAHL, RISS, National Assembly Library, Korea Citation Index (KCI).Results: Eight studies included for review. Three themes synthesized: “Comprehensive understanding residents”, “Narrowing psychological distance with “Moving towards provision tailored care”.Conclusion: Through this study, it possible improve experienced by workers. The study suggest a direction development in elderly facilities, provide evidence further research.
